I logged onto siege today to see that I was missing a bunch of credits. Somehow mira elite had been purchased on my account even though im the only one who uses the account and I never purchased the skin. I contacted ubisoft support about it and they said they wouldnt refund me. This makes no sense as it will not cost you anything to just put the credits back onto my account and remove the skin. Now I cant buy the e-sports skins that I actually purchased the credits for. Unbelievable, I will not be purchasing any more in-game cosmetics and supporting a game that cant fix their mistakes.
Just remember that Kali got an elite before Castle and Montagne

Yeah give us back the old Kali. She is unplayable and can’t barely survive against anyone. Focus more on how u can make our gaming experience better. For example if you do revert her back to how she use to be, you can then focus on giving her faster ads and fire rate. The so called buff you guys gave her isn’t even a buff is a nerf. She can’t barely survive against anyone. Her bolt action Sniper is supposed to deal tons of dmg especially with that large caliber bullets she has can literally split someone in two. It’s a joke that I can’t kill anyone who’s behind a soft wall or if i shoot someone on the limbs or chest I can’t down them. Her Sniper is her signature skill without it she’s useless. You guys giving her this supposed buff literally makes her unplayable because 1 speeds will be able to tank her like crazy and not all operators will be standing still for a headshot. Rook and Doc are literally op against Kali, imagine if those two were picked for defending, all defenders plus Doc and Rook will have armor plus stims. That’s too overpowering and therefore Kali won’t be able to kill a single defending op. You guys need to improve her or revert her to how she use to be. Like please her Bolt Action Sniper is a little Nerf Gun.
