    1. clifford yawn

And...he only started for 1 year. Can you believe it?😳😳😳

    2. mary everling

Just because as a fan watching football for however long does not make one an expert unless ur getting paid for that expert opinion!

    3. MarLy MarLLe

He's really good and has played more consistently than Trevor Lawrence over the course their CFB careers.

    4. Re Action

The most Alabama QBs were busts

      1. clifford yawn

No no no their teams sucked

    5. Mumya Camary

Every great QB has real weaknesses, this makes it easier for the coach to manage his team so that the weaknesses are resolved, because we already know the problem, when the weaknesses are resolved, what remains is the greatness of the QB

    6. Jack Wallis

Hope the pats trade back and he falls to them, sit him for a year behind whoever and give him a weapon for next year

      1. clifford yawn

        Nope...Start him

    7. Jamar Quarles

      They disrespect Justin fields Smdh

    8. Joe Rooney

      Fax, Carolina at 8

    9. T 4 Trash

Pats get the MAC ATTACK!!! WAHOOO

    10. Big Steppa

He's way better then Byu qb

    11. J D

What if Mac is the best player in the draft 🤔in the long haul

    12. bronco devil

Seems I've been right more than the experts when it comes to first round qbs. It's Lawrence then Jones then Fields.

    13. jordan correa

I’m a pats fan and we have to trade up if we want to draft a Qb at draft with the lions or the panthers if they willing to

    14. Zach Manukin

      Honestly Denver should take him

    15. Chris Reynolds

lol Greeny? The knock on Jones is arm strength, yet you say he has a cannon

    16. batsonelec C

I personally think Jones is a more accurate passer than Trevor but Trevor makes up for it in mobility. Long term, I think Mac Jones will be the better QB. Reading the defense and accurate passing are more important than mobility , longterm, unless you go to a team with a crappy O Line. I would love for Atlanta to get Jones, the Center, and Harris ( all from Bama) but I know that won't happen.

    17. Mrdcipher

when "greeny speaks" I mean other knowledgable people speak I listen.

      1. Chris Reynolds

        Lol well said!

    18. eyemme ohigho

      Going to dallas

    19. Charles Bernius

“ROLL TIDE”! “WhoDat! Hope the Saints can move up to get him. We need a QB.

      1. T 4 Trash

You will be giving to much if you move up. Best to go with the good ole pats playbook and draft a an in the later rounds

    20. Sarah Lloyd

Devonta, Mac, Najee...all should go top ten.

    21. Darrell Collins

      He’ll be like Aj McCarron

      1. Big D

AJ should be a starting qb. Watch him playing in some games, he plays good.

      2. Johnny D

He’s better then McCarron ever was

    22. John Salser

Lol it's funny he doesn't run around but his 40 time at Alabama was faster then jalen and tua pretty ironic

    23. Tripp Thomas

He should be first overall. Sunflower is the most over rated college QB since Ryan Leaf!!!

    24. antonio Williams

Atlanta will draft him since Matt Ryan is near the end of his career !

      1. batsonelec C

Honestly, I hope so. I hope they take Bama's Center and Harris as well. Ryan isn't a bad QB but he doesn't throw quick enough. He holds it too long and the sacks kill us.

    25. babathetrucka

I hope he falls like rodgers to my bears!

      1. babathetrucka

@antonio Williamswhen we traded up i was ecstatic i just knew the pick was watson.....still want to cave our gms face in over the trash he picked!

      2. antonio Williams

The Bears better get it right since they passed on P Mahomes, D Watson , and Lamar Jackson to draft some dude named Mitchell Trubisky ! Every Chicago Bears fan I know is still furious to this day about that draft year but I wish yall the best of luck in this draft cycle.

    26. Rene Zuniga

      Greeny ,let's see if you're right ✅

    27. J Man

4 1st round receivers get tf out of here with the hype

    28. Timothy Lacefield

I think is good as any quarterback in the country

      1. Timothy Lacefield

        Mac Attack awesome quarterback

    29. Ben Leavitt

      🧢

    30. William Fitzpatrick

Mac is going pick 7 if Detroit doesn't take him teams will need to trade up ahead of Carolina and Denver.

      1. Chris Schwartz

Whatever happens I don’t want Mac in Detroit, I’d rather ride with Goff and I think Goff stinks.

      2. William Fitzpatrick

@Chris Schwartz Too many needs at QB Fields won't be there at 7, 5 QB'S in top 8 this year

      3. Chris Schwartz

Mac is not going 7th. That spot belongs to Fields

    31. faiz Ali

      He is not going top10

      1. Johnny D

Good that means someone’s getting a steal

    32. Great Gasby

Mac Jones is overrated. The next Ken Dorsey

      1. Johnny D

@Great Gasby Guess we will see what happens

      2. Great Gasby

@Johnny D yeah so was Ken Dorsey, AJ Mcharron, Matt Flynn, Matt Leinhart, and plenty of other college quarterbacks that were great because of the nfl caliber talent around them but couldn’t succeed in the pros. Mac Jones success comes from Harris, Smith and the others. If he was so great, then he would have started over Tua and Jalen when they were all there together.

      3. Johnny D

@Great Gasby Even before college he was a a highly recruited QB

      4. Great Gasby

@Johnny D do you remember that Ken Dorsey had great college stats because he had Andre Johnson, Santana Moss, Reggie Wayne, Clinton Portis, Jeremy Shockey, Kellen Winslow, in his arsenal the same way Mac Jones had a plethora of NFL talent around him. Mac Jones is a overachiever great college qb but isn’t gonna be a NFL star. I project him to be a career backup with isn’t bad at all.

      5. Johnny D

        lol no

    33. Stephen Kaufer

If so, I hope he is taken by one of the Phins' AFC rivals. The kid has shown only that he is accurate, nothing else. Playing behind that Bama OL, with NFL WRs and RBs, he almost never had to go past his first read, never had to look off a DB and basically had all day to wait for a WR to get open.

    34. Eddy Watkins3rd

I love Mac Jones also one most under rated QB's. and i hope the colts trade up to get him he is made for Indianapolis,Colts and i feel he is next Tom Brady he is so eerily calm under pressure and he craves up football teams like they not even in his league of playing. i hope and pray the Indianapolis Colts get Mac Jones in Draft. patiently waiting and Fingers Crossed

    35. shawn simmons

Mac Jones another Bama QB who will be a bust he only looked hood cause he had the best players .. no athletic talent no arm talent nothing special at all just a old white old boy who stayed 5 years in college

      1. Johnny D

No talent? Lmfao stick to flipping burgers buddy

    36. Joan Mandeville

They say hes not mobile. They should watch him slide around in the pocket! Plus. These guys that run around, get out of the pocket and get hurt. . Example , tua. Most recently. Fields during Clemson game!!

      1. Michael Knight 88

Tua didn't set the world on fire when he played a good defense. Denver and Buffalo made him look mediocre.

    37. Justin Bingham

      Top 5 talent

    38. Billy Bubba

The thing about Mac’s mobility, he moves great in pocket, rolling out, etc. he is just not a good runner. He can get a first down if necessary, but definitely not a “duel threat”. But when you have his accuracy and quick release, who cares.

      1. Kevin Horton

Reminds me of Phillip Rivers or Dan Marino.

      2. John Burris

        Taller version of Drew Brees

    39. Faydene Reed

0000000! Mac is so smart and he’s funny not a thug!

      1. clifford yawn

        I am too

      2. babathetrucka

        Not a thug?

    40. UFT

Problem is - one of the columnists who was at the Senior Bowl often heard that his nickname was “Bad Jones,” and it was not a complement. Some said that’s the reason why he did not play in the Senior Bowl for concerns that his draft stock may drop..

      1. Chris Lane

@UFT I never said Tua or Mac will be great at the next level. No one has a good record of forecasting how a QB will perform in the NFL. The coach, the OC, the Oline and the talent around the QB goes a long way in determining how well a player performs in the NFL. Fields, Lawrence, Burrow, Mayfield and Murray all had elite talent around them too. Payton Manning had 28 ints. his rookie year. I am not saying Tua is Payton but I wouldn't close the book on Tua just yet.

      2. UFT

@Chris Lane yes my friend. It is hard to say Mac Jones will be a great QB at the next level. I mean his RB and two WRs are first rounders. It’s reasonable to say he is a product of a perfect system with high quality players. Now, if he faces the intensity and speed at the NFL level, and what do you think is going to happen? Yes, Tua Tagovailoa. Remember how Tua was hyped by the media during college and at the draft as the second Dre Brees? And then, boom.. a bust. That will most likely happen to Jones. Granted Tua had two years of great stats, but still showed up mediocre at the NFL level, Mac only has one, behind the same system and quality of players Tua had. That’s the reality people saw at the Senior Bowl with Mac Jones, and why he didn’t play to ensure his stock is still high.

      3. Chris Lane

Did that columnist watch any of his games this year?

    41. Green Pumpkin

U didn't know if you loved China more than your own country you were super smart. Of whom an I speaking?

    42. Diamond Hands

      😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    43. nolen1957

I hope he goes mid 1st round myself to a team that is trying to win. The annual parade of losing teams that always have the top picks are all dead ends. Their owners don't want to spend the money to build a team and they end up trading good players away.

    44. Macelen Kleer

Daniel Jones went 8th, Haskins went 15th. Mac Jones is on a different level ill be surprised if he gets passed the top 10 and if he has a good pro day and combine discussions will be going about Mac Jones and top 5. I really would like to see him go to the Patriots just because the thought of him and Bill, but unless they trade that won't happen.

    45. True Lives

Mac made the devante call to alabama!

    46. Ephifan Sturdivent

Matt Rhule will have Mac Jones as a Carolina Panther this years draft. The kid is just too smooth in the pocket just pass up on. Watch!

      1. Down South Highlights

As a Die hard bama fan that lives Charlotte, Pls pls pls lord!

    47. steve O

Give me a average athlete that is a great QB over a great athlete that is a average QB any day!!!! Mobility is luxury a QB’s most important job is to throw the ball!!!!

    48. steve O

I think New England takes Mac Jones he just reminds me of a Patriot QB!!!!!

      1. malachi rhodes

@John Salser I think he will be fine. Both Rodgers and Brady came from California and played in cold climates for most of their career, so as long as he adjust he should be fine.

      2. John Salser

@OfficialLA General Lol that's so not true I don't know where but uh I played football and March all done in September-Dec unless it was playoffs which was late November it's was hotter than Chick that's SE football babe.... up north yeah it's Cold ❄️ thought out a year that's what I'm saying and if Mac goes there he going to have to adjust in Alabama it's none to get hot during those months but if he goes to new england there are not going to many day's where temp about 70f

      3. OfficialLA General

@John Salser true but I recently mired to hazlehurst ga. The cold up here is kinda hot but I been up north it's a different cold. I think he bam adjust I mean football is basically played in the coldest parts of the year

      4. John Salser

@OfficialLA General lol there to different atmosphere... Lol I live in SE GA...you can't tell me the level of cold is the same.. actually I live 1 hr away from where Mac went to high school... And I been to bama yeah it's Cold... been to New England and it makes cold in the south looks like a puppy Mac is from Florida so uh yeah living in bama so he probably adjusted but Lol...When the Bill's played the dolphin for the last game of the Year tua look like dodo it was snowing and knowing tua is island man he probably wasn't use to it

      5. OfficialLA General

@John Salser bro its just as cold in tuscaloosa trust me im from here it gets 15 degrees sometimes 10 in the winter

    49. steve O

Mac Jones doesn’t have all the tools than the top 4 QB’s but you can’t deny his play this season. I didn’t know Mac Jones was that smart a 4.0 gpa and a Masters Degree in 4 years!!!! Wow

    50. Neill Tavernier

I wouldn't be surprised. If you watch his games, you see he throws the receiver open. That is what you have to do to play in the NFL.

    51. BluStaxx Music World

0:06 intelligence is NOT a physical attribute 🤣

    52. juice G

He really did have a lil lesser burrow like season

      1. Big D

        ALERT ALERT LSU fan commenting.

      2. Santonia Harris

@Jon G then that means 65% was down field right, but keep pushing that bias narrative bc Mac is elite and will prove all you couch coaches wrong and i cant wait lmao.

      3. Jon G

Only stats wise. If you think they're comparable then you didn't watch the games. 35% of Mac's passes were behind the line of scrimmage . That's insane. Sarkisian knew how to utilize Smith and Harris perfectly.

      4. Fishing

He literally had better stats yah fool

    53. Jay Matthews

I live in north Asheville NC and everyone loves the panthers. I will become a panthers fan overnight if Mac 10 comes to NC!! I love that pick

      1. J Sportscards

What if panthers got him or Aaron Rodgers

    54. Alec Parker

I feel like so many people forget Colt McCoy is exactly what Mac Jones was but a decade ago. And look where Colt McCoy is. A backup to Daniel fumble every time I touch a football Jones

      1. Santonia Harris

Dumb analysis and comparison, but hey you are what you say lmao!

    55. Bill Patterson

Who cares what “Greeny” thinks. He never put on a helmet. Joke.

    56. Scott Losey

As far as I am concerned, Greenie's carrer ended when Golic lef....just brutal to listen to.....he needs to find a job in production so we cannot see how stupid he is!

      1. Fishing

What he says here is pretty accurate

    57. Robert D

Mac Jones did get a master's degree and undergraduate degree but not in 2 1/2 years. He's been at Bama since 2017.

      1. Daniel Minton

@Syko.R6 redshirt junior he could have played another year, he redshirted his true freshman season in 2017, was a redshirt freshman in 2018, was a redshirt sophomore last year in 2019 so this season he was a redshirt junior.

      2. saint evil

@Robert D I was saying that last year

      3. Robert D

@laynebrock At the rate he is going we might one day say that Tua was in Mac's class!

      4. laynebrock

Syko.R6 He was in Tuas class so this would be his redshirt senior year if he stayed

      5. Robert D

@Syko.R6 Red shirt junior. He could have played one more year at Bama but was smart to go while his stock is so high.

    58. Unction

WOW what a genius! top 10? unbelievable right? Na Mac jones won't fall out of the top 5 and you can take that to the BANK< I told my neighbor after the first game that Mac Jones was the best college I had ever seen and he would go ahead of Trevor Lawrence and he laughed at me, that's fine, But at the end of the season he was on board with me. DO NOT be surprised if he goes #1 to the jags. The last thing we need to do is let him wind up in new england!! In the end of his career he will be the Goat.

    59. Jacorey Haskins

      Mac at the Carolina Panthers.

      1. Robert D

        Hope so.

    60. Steven G.C.

Mac will be a really good NFL QB! Great family, strong support systems will enable him to shine.

    61. Allen Rose

Watch New England swoop in and grab this dude and begin another decade of dominance!

      1. Stephen Kaufer

As a Phins fan, I hope so. LOL

    62. Steve McGill

The only reason he is under estimated, he was not a big name QB coming out of high school. He has had to play under that shadow all through college. If he had started more than one year we would not even have this conversation.

      1. Andrew Bowen

I watched the QB camp videos from when he was in high school and the analysts said he had the most impressive showing because he was pinpoint accurate and could throw well on the run

      2. Tre Tre

he was like 3 star and some sites had him at 4 he was a big name he just went to a powerhouse i feel

    63. Adam Roldan

Bro he is so overrated dude had some many weapons with a great o line. He has a weak arm

    64. THE COUCH BRO'S PODCAST

No. Just no. You don’t draft a QB with average attributes in the top 10. Mac jones is a 2nd round pick. He’s not elite at anything. And nothing is wrong with that. We don’t have to overvalue guys because we like them.

      1. THE COUCH BRO'S PODCAST

@steve O 1) You’re proving my point without even knowing it. Brees was a 2nd rounder. Tom was a 6th rounder. You draft based on physical traits. You draft position doesn’t determine how good you will be. Nor should it. 2) saying Brees had a below avg arm is absolute nonsense. Go watch Brees from 2006-13 and see all bombs he routinely threw. Sam for Brady. Brady has one of the strongest arms ever. Even now at 43 the ball explodes out of his hand. Where is this nonsense that Brady has an average arm coming from?

      2. steve O

Average in everything except intelligence don’t underrate that at a position that is 80% mental to play. I’ve watched Brees tear the NFL apart for the last 5 years with a below average arm. Tom Brady has never had a cannon for a arm intangibles are what makes a QB great!!!!

    65. DevvMag 52

      Steelers need an heir apparent

      1. Lincoln MacEachern

They've only drafted top 10 3 or 4 times in the last 50 years.

    66. The Lee Smith Channel

Who said Jones has a strong arm? I didn't see it. He won't go in the 1st if his arm strength is considered just average.

    67. Brandon Bohannon

      Mac=Underrated

    68. Steven Hughes

What makes Trevor better than Mac? Check out the big games, and Mac plays better. Mac for #1.

      1. clifford yawn

@Jon G Mac does what he's supposed to do by the greatest coaches in the SEC

      2. clifford yawn

@Blake Yokeley Yep it's tougher if you just get to play for 1 year

      3. clifford yawn

        @Keith Jones lol

      4. clifford yawn

Steven I see you pay attention.

      5. Jon G

All Mac does in big games is throw screens and checkdowns to DeVonta/Najee. You clearly don't watch the games at all.

    69. J Dub

I don't agree with Greeny very often but he absolutely NAILED THIS ONE! MAC 10 will possibly have the Best career out of this amazingly talented group of quarterbacks! Nobody throws a better deep ball, Lawrence included! Mac 10 and his Cerebral approach IS A HUGE FACTOR nowadays! Seeing, understanding, and processing information walking up to the line of scrimmage is a huge advantage. His ability to get his players in the right play, using his intelligence to Audible into the right play on the fly is a huge reason why he's the most accurate quarterback in college football history! Look at all the reords he broke and it was ONLY HIS FIRST YEAR AS A STARTER! Ceiling is unlimited for Mac Jones! 🐘🏈🏆

    70. Arrizal Stiller

Im bama fans, i hope he's not go to top 10. I just want him to success in next level and not get same treatment like tua have..

      1. 870 Arkansas

@laynebrock facts I hope my colts use their brains and draft him. And pick up an explosive receiver in free agency and we have a good chance at a super bowl.

      2. laynebrock

Yeah I hope he goes to New England or the colts

      3. Fredrick Wilkerson

I think top 10 they mean like 1-10 so the rank doesn't matter but i do agree with you about the lack of respect. Mac Jones is a great NFL prospect and will have a amazing career.

    71. Maliq Raymond

i like mac jones but it’s hard for me to get behind him bc he doesn’t move around! guys are moving around waaaaaay to fast on the defense for guys to be statues. the pocket qb is a dying breed but who am i to say mac jones can’t make his own way 🤷🏾‍♂️

      1. Big D

Mac does move around. A good qb stands in the pocket when he has a good line protecting him.

      2. Darius G

Mac doesn’t move around? Yea you literally don’t watch his games lol

      3. Ace K

He has great pocket mobility and anticipation you don’t have to run a 4.3 to play qb just be willing to run for a first when given the opportunity

    72. Demetrius Pate

Yes you right give the man respect so tired of people always saying you have to be able to run super fast and etc. No running QB has won a Super Bowl ... not Vick , Cunningham , nor L.Jackson .... some people don’t know talent when they see it .... like Bart Scott - calling Mac - McElroy 2.0.

      1. Santonia Harris

@Jon G Brees and Rodger both won a superbowl so how is that 1 lmao?!

      2. Ace K

@Jon G a dual threat has never won a Super Bowl besides Russell Wilson and that’s because they had the legion of boom mahomes isn’t a dual threat but a willing runner who’s also athletic

      3. Jon G

Running QBs never get 15+ yrs as a starter. Brees and Rodgers have only been to ONE super bowl in 40 combined years. Give Vick 20 years as QB1 and he eventually gets a super bowl caliber team and wins.

      4. Ace K

@Micah Young better arm talent than all of them and he’s more a willing runner than dual threat

      5. Micah Young

        Patrick Mahomes did

    73. D. V

No way. Late 1st Round .

    74. Wes Auguste

How y’all giving Mac all this love and forgetting about Trask. They largely play the same game

      1. Wes Auguste

@James Thompson lol you kidding right? Did you actually watch the games. Mac had an award winning line that let him hold the ball all day till someone’s open. You really saying Task wasn’t decisive? Considering he took CFB by storm with little time to scan the field and throw.

      2. ChicagoFinest

        Good point

      3. James Thompson

Trask doesn’t make the in game decisions like Jones.

      4. B C

Trask didn't show up to the Senior bowl. Mac did that's why they are talking about Mac. If Trask would have went and showed out like Mac did they would be talking about Trask.

    75. kcirrad51

Dude you sound stupid... ALABAMA FAN HERE..MAC JONES IS NOT GONNA WALK INTO A NFL LOCKER ROOM AND LEAD A TEAM....

    76. GL Rustic Design

I personally think he’ll be a better Pro than Tua

    77. JRR ___

Lebonbon James doesn't have 2 brain cells to rubtogether.

      1. Santonia Harris

        @RajOfColumbus you know it

      2. RajOfColumbus

@JRR ___ you didn't deny it, so it must be true

La Bron James and intellect - Oxymoron

      1. Bruce Sanders

@Johnny Ali you’re right. I suppose I used strong words because I’m disgusted with entertainers who, because they have money and fame, believe that their thoughts are correct. And worse...inflict their thoughts on us.

      2. Johnny Ali

@Bruce Sanders incredibly stupid is a little strong but he comes across as unintelligent and ignorant most times

      3. Bruce Sanders

@RajOfColumbus if you dispute my comment, instead of making a childish, vacuous reply with no substance, why don’t you try to provide an instance of Mr. James saying something which indicates he has not been duped by media or has generated original and wise thought?

      4. RajOfColumbus

@Bruce Sanders yeah, sure old timer

      5. Bruce Sanders

@Chris Carter Mr. James is incredibly stupid. Or, at least, so gullible, naive, and closed minded that his thoughts are worthless.

Either the colts are pats are taking him

      1. Fissey Gaming

@laynebrock jon g is right all he does is throw screens. he has so much good threats to throw to.

      2. laynebrock

Fissey Gaming Find me a recent one after the senior bowl where he’s not in the first round

      3. laynebrock

Jon G You didn’t watch him play

      4. Fissey Gaming

        @laynebrock i've found many

      5. Jon G

@laynebrock yes, him throwing screens and slants that go for TDs all year makes him a first round talent. That makes so much sense.

    80. Datboi101 truth

Big Mac #1 pick Trevor #2

      1. fujiapple96

@Datboi101 truth Mac Jones was able to work with an elite offensive line while Trevor Lawrence worked with an average offensive line, and Lawrence wasn't throwing to Jaylen Waddle and Devonta Smith.

      2. Datboi101 truth

@fujiapple96 yeah we can ask Ohio state 2020 defense also since they seen both quarterbacks just last month.

      3. Furman Thames

@fujiapple96 well in that scenario then ask clemson about fields.

      4. fujiapple96

Alabama fan here. Trevor Lawrence should go #1 overall. Ask ANYONE on Alabama's 2018 defense.

      5. c mulholland

Mac a college Qb avg arm strength limited mobility. Trevor Lawrence is what the new era QBs will be like .

    81. kyle frost

Jones will be the best NFL QB in this class, especially with TL going to the Jags. Mac is better than Justin Fields by a wide margin.

      1. Sean Dooley

        Bwahahhahahahhahahhahahahahahahaha.

      2. Michael Collins

They are in the same tier but it such a crapshoot. With the right scheme, coaching, weapons / team Jones could blow fields out of the water and vice versa.

      3. Jam J.H

@RajOfColumbus you're obviously biased, yeah he is Helen keller

      4. antonio Williams

        @RajOfColumbus yes he is

      5. laynebrock

RajOfColumbus Justin fields disappeared in every big game besides the Clemson game

    82. Darius Eunice

Yea he gone go top ten cause the media hyping him up.Over some scrimmages in a Senior bowl practices. He a good quarterback don't get me wrong but not top ten he will go in the first round cause of the hype the media creating around him

      1. Big D

Jones is a top pick and lots of NFL have noticed him.

      2. Fred Wright

Some teams are soo desperate for a QB they'll choose anybody

    83. EO

Top 10? So who drops to make space for him.

      1. EO

@Tyler I agree and personally see it being waddle to Miami and chase to philly, maybe smith to Detroit

      2. Tyler

@EO I don't either but I think between Pitts, Waddle, Chase, and Smith only 1 or 2 go top 10

      3. EO

@Tyler I don’t see all three going top 10 anyways tbh

      4. Tyler

        Probably a receiver

    84. Dutch Coleman

Why are people so disrespectful toward Mac-10? Dude balled all year. Waited his turn behind hurts and Tua, and the world still doesn’t respect him. Passing on him will be a mistake for alotta nfl teams

      1. clifford yawn

They did the same thing with AJ McCarron

      2. Santonia Harris

@Unction stop it with that irrelevant left bs smh, I'm a die hard Bama fan and i believe he's going too be special and prove the naysayers wrong.

      3. Unction

@Stephen Kaufer because he's from Bama and a good dude..haven't you noticed that good people are the target of the left yet?

      4. Andrew Bowen

But somehow Joe Burrow was a unanimous #1 with an even more talented roster...

      5. Stephen Kaufer

Because all the kid has shown is that he is accurate, nothing else. Playing behind that Bama OL, with NFL WRs and RBs, he almost never had to go past his first read, never had to look off a DB and basically had all day to wait for a WR to get open. Only Bama fans and ESPN (who seem to love everything Bama) like this kid.

    87. Jimmy C

I been telling people about Mac for over a year, when Tua got injured the first thing I said was let's start Mac vs LSU because I knew the potential even then an he just needed to get some real meaningful playing time under his belt but even most bama fans at that time were thinking oh God if we have to rely on Mac its over lol but I knew it wasn't the end of the world an we could indeed win a natty with Mac after he shook off the rust, glad he's finally getting the credit he deserves I will miss him but hope he goes to a good team with good coaches to help take his game to the next level.

    88. Nate Lowe

      Mac 10 going to DENVER

      3. Big D

I'd be more than happy too but gou can't judge anyone in the 1st yr

      4. Jacob Watson

@DreThaGoat CAPS LOCK BUTTON BROKEN BUT IF MAC JONES IS BAD IN THE NFL CAN YOU ADMIT IM RIGHT

      5. DreThaGoat

@Jacob Watson Turn off caps lock, kid. McCarron was a projected 5th rounder, nobody expected him to be great. Tua had similar stats to Fitzpatrick this year but Tua’s receivers dropped way more passes. When you’re ready to actually talk football instead of garbage then get back at me kid.

    90. Peter Keigwin

He may be disappointed with his expectations

    91. Eric Greaux

Yeah no. People are already saying tua may be a bust and he’s in a good situation at Miami. Mac Jones is literally less conditioned than I am. At the senior bowl O lineman outperformed him in conditioning drills according to reports. He literally had all the talent in his WRs RBs and line in the world. Take that away what are you? You’re tua without mobility

      1. CJ BRICKCoLLum #SonOfRajonRondo

@Eric Greaux Mac wasn't a thought even thought even though he and lawrence were in the same elite 11 class and mac outplayed him?LMAO

      2. Eric Greaux

@DRC 53 also question who were the good teams Bama played this year? Besides in the playoffs and georgia? This is me actually asking. It’s easy in my opinion to have a high completion percentage and hit your target on the first second and third look when they’re open because nobody can cover them. Alabama didn’t play anyone good. Even against Ohio state smith had his way with those cornerbacks. At least with joe burrow at LSU he had some difficult games

      3. Eric Greaux

@DRC 53 aight bro whatever. If he makes it in the league I’ll apologize to you. I’m just saying that he doesn’t deserve to go in the top 10. Who’s your team since you want him so bad

      4. DRC 53

@Eric Greaux again, dud!, you’re twisting things around and then spouting out vomit! Mac never said that he never expected to play. That’s what others were telling him. He’s the one who ignored the doubters, made a list of what he wanted to accomplish, and then went to work to accomplish his goals. He had a better season than Joe Burrow had in yards per attempt, % completion, and efficiency. Joe had better weapons than Mac had and an oline just as good. No one ever dissed Joe saying that he did what he did just because of the players around him. Additionally, Mac doesn’t need to scramble much because he makes quick decisions, has a fast trigger, and moves so well in the pocket. When he did scramble, he always did so effectively. He just needs to learn how to slide. You say that you don’t have anything against Mac, but you obviously haven’t done your homework! You have an axe to grind or are just an idiot. I will take the word of the Carolina coach, the defensive backs who played against him last week, and so many others who were there and flush your regurgitation down the toilet where it belongs.

      5. Eric Greaux

@lunchbox87 bro their wasn’t a defensive back within 5 yards half the time with those players. That’s my point. He never felt pressure in the pocket on his end or on the receiver end with all his guys

    92. GooogleMan

About time my guy gets some respect!!!

      1. clifford yawn

        Hey he's everybody's guy

      2. steve conn

He gets no respect because of his dad bod

      3. DreThaGoat

@Fred Wright This take has already been disproven. Go on Twitter and search up “Mac Jones senior bowl” and you can find multiple videos and scouts raving about his accurate and tight throws with receivers from all over the nation.

      4. Fred Wright

@Babybacktillery look at whom he had running and receiving. Danny woeful 2.0

      5. Reindeer’s Bees

        I totally agree

    93. RK

His floor is Jimmy G but the sky is the limit for him

    94. Tide Fan

Mac the man. Anyone that passes on him will live to regret it. Roll Tide

      1. DreThaGoat

@Eric Greaux Do you realize how dumb that take is? You’re judging a QB based on what the previous QB did? With your logic Justin Fields will be terrible because Haskins was.

      2. Eric Greaux

@Fissey Gaming I think he is better too. I’m not hating on tua I’m just pointing out that his rookie season was not great. He got benched like 3 times and even said in an interview that he viewed his first year as a disappointment. Also their trade rumors of him already leaving with deshaun as the replacement. If he is the best Alabama can turn out and there’s already all this talk about moving on from a former number one prospect pre knee injury why should Mac go in the top 10?

      3. Fissey Gaming

Tide Fan anyone that drafts Mac Jones in the first round will regret it.

      4. Fissey Gaming

@Eric Greaux bro i think tua is way better then mac jones

      5. Eric Greaux

@Fissey Gaming that’s the reality of the nfl though. It’s a revolving door of talent. You will never have a great O line or a top 5 receiver or a stud defense all the time. You may get one or another but never all of it for more than 1-2 years. Which is why it’s important for collegiate athletes to be able to learn and really elevate when they don’t have a lot. That’s a rare thing that not everyone can do. And so far no Bama prospect has done it. Tua MIGHT but do you really think that one year started mac Jones is better than someone who almost went 1 overall had it not been for a hip injury.

    95. Mike Jones

Scouts can evaluate every position but quarterback.

      1. Mike Jones

@mary everling 30 years of watching football

      2. mary everling

What makes u an expert? 🤔

      3. Harold Hall

@Penny Omega herbert dropped down big tkme after the auburn game and the asu game, scouts said he wasnt a big game qb. The combine helped him out huge

      4. Penny Omega

@Mike Jones He was not scouted to be the first pick🤦🏽‍♂️ He was scouted to be a FIRST ROUND pick and that was solely based on his winning percentage.

      5. Mike Jones

@Penny Omega Do you know how to read??? Before Herbert's last season in college he was projected to be the first pick, so the scouts got it right.

    96. NascarAviationDude

My Prediction: #9 Pick To The Broncos

      1. Fissey Gaming

personally idk if the broncos need a new qb or not. if they do i doubt they will get mac jones. i think they should improve their o line or draft a cb. and in the second round I actually see them getting Najee Harris. I doubt Harris will go in the first round and would be surprised if he does. but i do think he is first round talent.

    97. Mike Jones

Mac Jones has a better year than Tua with less weapons yet people don't think he's a top 5 pick, I don't understand the logic of these "scouts"

      1. Santonia Harris

@Ace K I watched every single minute even went too the games lol. He's gonna be a problem along with the other up incoming receivers.

      2. Ace K

@Santonia Harris bro if you don’t watch him say that he’s good but he’s had bad drop concentration drops it happens he’s gonna work on it

      3. Santonia Harris

@Ace K die hard Bama fan myself and he showed up and showed out, Smitty was in a league of his own which made it seem like Methcie wasnt that dude but he was lol.

      4. Santonia Harris

@Ace K apparently not when you say he was inconsistent regardless though video and stats dont lie.

      5. Ace K

@Santonia Harris watched every game I’m a bama fan he’s dropped concentration passes but he’s also made some great catches metchies gonna lead the way next year

    98. Cryptum404

He should honestly be considered to go over fields and/or Wilson. Mac is elite. Well respected, and waited 3 years for his turn

      1. DreThaGoat

@Jon G you didn’t watch the clips. They were all in tight coverage and he threw dimes.

      2. Jon G

@DRC 53 so you think PRACTICE proved that he's good. WRs are always open in practice. And his senior bowl team had terrible DB's.

      3. Fissey Gaming

        @J Paw4421 i agree with this

      4. J Paw4421

Cryptum404 I’m literally not. Pff has Justin fields as the most accurate passer in this class, and Zach Wilson is number 2. I think Zach Wilson is the overall better prospect, but lets be real here; both are miles ahead of Mac Jones. Specifically in the arm talent category. Does Mac Jones have a stronger arm than either Wilson or fields? No. Is he more accurate? No. Is he more mobile? No. Is he a more dynamic playmaker? No. Is he tested under pressure? No. Can he make throws on the run? No. The only thing that he is on level with fields and Wilson is understanding coverages and blitz packages, or maybe his very short passes. His deep ball is not NFL ready.

      5. Cryptum404

@J Paw4421 you’re pushing a fields narrative soleley because the media seems to push against him. He’s not statisically the most accurate passer. Zachary Wilson is. Please don’t make up stats for the sake of pushing your nonsense narrative

    99. Rebel Rouser

LeBron James is dumb as a box of hammers. But he certainly is one of the best players ever.

      1. Chris Carter

You're probably a racist conservative white male. Duh you would say that.

      2. Fissey Gaming

don't call by boy Lebron James dumb
